ONERO PROGRAM

Onero™ is an evidence based high intensity resistance and impact exercise program to strengthen bone and muscle. The program is especially designed for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.

What is ONERO?

Onero™ is based on the LIFTMOR study which has shown that certain kinds of high intensity loading can be both safe and effective even for people with low bone mass if supervised under the right conditions. Because of this injuries are rare as it is fully supervised, with safe and effective exercises. The Onero difference is:

  2. Evidence-Based Approach: Our exercises are carefully selected to target bone density improvement, balance enhancement, and muscle strengthening.

  3. Safe and Effective Workouts: We focus on proper technique, gradual progression, and appropriate intensity levels.

  4. Supportive Community: Our classes do not exceed 8 people, ensuring that you are a part of a community of individuals with similar goals and experiences.

For best results, we recommend attending twice a week. At 12 months, you will need to do a bone density scan to see the difference since attending.
